Local novice riders that have some MTB experience already, but are new to bike park riding (or have limited bike park experience).
You feel ready for the challenge of Skyline/bike park riding, but you want to approach it the right way.
You may have aspirations of gaining more confidence and control on bike park trails.
You're keen to get a solid grasp of core MTB fundamentals.
You'll already be comfortable on grade 2 (green/novice) and grade 3 (blue/intermediate) trails outside of bike parks already. E.g. the greens/blues at Seven Mile, Mcnearly Gnarly & Wedge.
For those who have ridden some of Skyline before, you might have ridden trails like Hammys, Thundergoat and Vertigo.
-
We'll aim to establish a solid foundation of fundamental skills.
This is a low pressure, easy going environment that puts emphasis on your skill development, not ticking off tracks.
Rather than cover a little bit of everything, we'll spend more time dialing in the basics.
Expect to work on your body positioning, braking, trail scanning and cornering.
-
